Ingest naming convention
Larry Jordon offers a Final Cut Pro X Complete training series. Chapter 1 section 4 talks about a naming convention. TYS Media uses this convention.
1) Project codes are a two letter client name and a two digit job number
Each client is given a two letter name. Each job is given a two digit number (second job is 02).
2) Every folder if prepended with the project code
3) Folder names include project code, date (yyyymmdd), camera and card #
project code-date (yyyymmdd)-camera-card #
Ex: JM02-20110601-A-02
4) Original (master) files are stored on a different drive than the editing drive
5) The sytem file sructure is Drive / Projects Folder / Client Name / Project / Card

Occupy Oakland Forum – Nov 14, 2011
The open Forum was held just after the General Assembly at Occupy Oakland’s Oscar Grant Plaza on Monday, November 14, 2011. The Forum allows anyone to express their views for a single minute. Using my iPhone 4, I captured the speeches of over 20 people from 8pm until just after 9pm.
I edited my favorite minute and put it at the top to make it easy to find ;) The rest of the files are unedited and in order. A few speakers have been left out because I was not able to capture the entire Forum. This was not intentional.
